Built by people who remember what a looming deadline feels like
Mythesisbuddy started as a small group of academics helping students they knew personally get unstuck on a thesis chapter or a research paper. Years on, the same idea still runs the business: real academic help, from people who explain their reasoning instead of just handing over a document.
A Kathmandu-based team, working with students worldwide
We're based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and we work entirely online — over WhatsApp, email and video calls when they help. Students reach us from universities across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and beyond, so our hours are built around being reachable, not around a single time zone.
Everyone on our side of the conversation has spent real time inside academia — teaching, researching, reviewing theses, or supervising students of their own. We don't publish individual names or profiles; you can read why on our Our Team page. What we can tell you is how we work, and we're glad to walk you through it before you commit to anything.

supporting students through thesis chapters, research papers, assignments and the deadlines that come with all three.

Our home base — and where every project is reviewed before it reaches you.
What actually guides day-to-day decisions
Not a mission statement written for a wall — just the four things that shape how we take on a project.
We read the brief properly
Every project starts with your actual requirements — your university's guidelines, your supervisor's feedback, your topic. We don't reuse old work or write to a generic template.
Your work stays private
What you share with us — your topic, your drafts, your conversations — stays between you and the person working on your project. We don't publish, resell or reuse it.
You talk to a real person
No ticket queues or chatbots deciding what you need. You message us directly on WhatsApp and stay in the loop from the first conversation to final delivery.
We stay through revisions
If your supervisor asks for changes after delivery, we don't disappear. Reasonable revisions are part of the work, not a separate negotiation.
Want to know more before you reach out?
Read about how a project actually moves from a first message to final delivery, or just message us — most questions are easier to answer in a two-minute conversation than a page of copy.
