Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information Mythesisbuddy collects when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it. We keep this simple on purpose — if anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain it directly.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number (if given), country, enquiry type, service type, and your message. When you message us on WhatsApp, we see whatever WhatsApp itself shares with us as part of that conversation.
How we use it
We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and deliver the service you've asked for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your project details
Your topic, instructions, and drafts are used only to complete your project. We don't publish, resell, or reuse your work, and we don't share it with anyone outside the person or people working on it.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use it, and a small amount of local browser storage to remember preferences like your light/dark mode choice. We don't use tracking for advertising purposes.
Contacting us about your data
If you'd like us to update or delete information we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp at +977 976 519 9649 or email [email protected].
